Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to return the item for credit. Read below for refund qualifications.
Once the order has been shipped and tracking has been issued you will need to request a refund once you receive the item(s)

Returns for Exchanges or Change of Mind
- Returns for exchanges or change of mind are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- A 35% restocking fee and 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund in addition to any necessary vendor restocking fees.
- Refunds in the case of "changing your mind" will be issued as store credit only. Not a 100% refund credit will be given due to affiliate commissions being paid out, this is a case by case scenario.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- All items will be inspected before store credit is issued.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchange must be same or less total amount of original item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable (no exceptions):
- Coffee and tea
- Underwear (bras & panties)
- Swimsuits
- Shapewear
- Shoes
How to Start a Return

Items must be returned to the address provided after your return is approved.
Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Goods
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (coffee, food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please reach out if you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility.
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

However, store credit may be issued for any approved, unused, and undamaged return.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund (Store Credit) is approved.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer available, and you must request a return once the item arrives.
